We are an award-winning soft skills coaching academy with one aim: to ensure everyone, irrespective of their background, has a good level of speaking proficiency, confidence and network so that they can thrive.
We primarily do this through:
🎤 Public Speaking Training - Running experientially tried and tested courses on how to improve your communication, confidence and charisma. We work with individuals, businesses, charities and schools.
We also actively champion:
📈Increasing Youth Engagement and Participation in Politics - Giving opportunities for young people to increase their awareness about and get more involved in British Politics. Often becoming more politically engaged increases your communication, confidence and charisma.
Our ultimate aim:
✅ To ensure that soft skills education becomes mainstreamed within the national curriculum - We are working with key stakeholders including young people, members of the civil service and politicians to achieve this. Like any successful social enterprise, we are aiming to work towards redundancy.
This portal will serve as a platform for you to learn, be inspired and connect with us.

We gained an award from the Speaker of the House of Commons in 2017 for our work in helping to educate children about the merits of public speaking.
The Aziz Foundation
The Aziz Foundation is a family charitable foundation established to nurture confident, articulate public leaders of Muslim background who are able to critically engage with public narratives and address the social challenges facing British Muslim communities and wider society.
Mohammad conducted a Public Speaking Workshop for our organisation, the Black Head Students’ Network (BHSN). As our members are mainly current Heads of their schools, many engage in public speaking activities. Now, our members regularly cite the workshop as one of the most useful events we have hosted. It offered practical ways for them to improve their oration, consequently making them better leaders.
